Duties
- Process accounts payable and ensure timely payment of invoices
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare quarterly VAT Payments
- Make Supplier payments
- Collect Payments from customers over the phone
- Answer and address phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate recording of financial transactions
- Assist with year-end audits and tax preparation

**Qualifications**:

- Degree /Diploma in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using Google sheets and MS Excel
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Salary**: £11.50-£12.80 per hour
