**Job Profile Administrator**

**Restructuring Restructuring Administrator**

**Main job purpose **To work within a team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of technical
Insolvency services mainly in the corporate environment.

**Key responsibilities **▪ Manage a small case load of own cases in addition to assisting others within the team

▪ Administer insolvency cases, including but not limited to
ADMs, CVLs, Compulsory, CVAs, IVAs and BKYs in accordance with defined timescales

▪ Prepare associated documentation for statutory meetings

▪ Deal with day-to-day correspondence, including non
- standard correspondence

▪ Prepare accurate books and records inventories, and taking responsibility for the safeguard, removal and storage of such from company premises

▪ Some data entry and scanning of case documents

▪ Complete appropriate banking and cheque request forms in order to ensure that estate monies are handled and dealt with correctly

▪ Complete VAT returns

▪ Adhere to statutory compliance and current legislation, best practice and company policies and procedures

▪ Maintain and update IPS case diaries

▪ Prepare directors disqualification reports including investigations

▪ Liaise with professional agents

▪ Prepare supporting documents for sale contracts

▪ Update and maintain case checklists

▪ Attend and assist at meetings both in and out of the office when required

▪ Participate in internal and external marketing events as required

▪ Deal with and adjudicate on retention of title, secured, preferential and unsecured claims with assistance if necessary

▪ Support other Administrators and the IP

▪ Has a small case load of own cases in addition to assisting others in the team

**Qualifications &**
▪ Gained the necessary insolvency experience

**experience**
▪ Working towards or achieved CPI Qualification

**Technical, training & skill**
▪ Effective use of IT including Excel, Word, Outlook & IPS

▪ Maintains high professional standards of conduct and practice

▪ Self-motivated to study

▪ Able to organise and manage time efficiently and effectively whilst being flexible

▪ Ability to anticipate and communicate problems to others in the team.

▪ Confident and good communication skills

▪ Professional manner including good interpersonal, telephone and letter writing skills

▪ Takes responsibility for work tasks and quality, managing own workload and deadlines in conjunction with manager

▪ Keeps line manager updated on progress and highlights potential issues

▪ Shows enthusiasm and commitment to undertaking tasks as required and in particular in seeing tasks through to completion

▪ Builds rapport with peers internally and externally

▪ Builds understanding of the firms other services

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £20,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
