The Planner is will report to the Project Manager ensuring that all planning procedures are implemented in accordance with programme strategy and client governance frameworks. Providing Programme team with Planning expertise required to deliver robust performance measurement baselines, reporting management, change management and risk management..

**Responsibilities**
- Liaise with the Project Commercial Team to understand how cost is managed within the client core business systems and undertake WBS-CBS mapping.
- Develop and generation of the programme plans with input from Project Managers and supporting cross-functional team to establish robust performance measurement baselines.
- Produce detailed logic linked project plans within Primavera P6.
- Liaise with programme suppliers to establish and review plans.
- Ensure the integration of Project Control procedures into the planning process, including controlled release of project plans for execution.
- Liaise with Project Managers and supporting cross-functional team to update plan schedule progress and costs incurred to enable monthly reporting.
- Assess the impact of risk and change on the plan.
- Produce EVM data.
- Analyse and review a range of data to identify key themes and trends and use the outputs to produce recommendations that support project decision-making.
