We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our International Payroll, HR & Benefits team as a Payroll Consultant.

You will be joining as an integral part of a growing team of professionals, working on a variety of interesting clients with real career opportunities. You will receive further on the job training and will be provided with the opportunity to learn about new territories to develop in-country knowledge and cultural communications / awareness.

This is a hybrid working role (currently 2 days in the London office, 3 days working from home).

**Purpose of Role**

This role will be dedicated to processing UK payroll and coordinating international payrolls for your own portfolio of these companies, so you will need strong payroll experience and the ability to work to strict monthly deadlines.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Managing a portfolio of UK and international clients
- Processing of monthly UK payrolls, including HM Revenue & Customs and Auto Enrolment reporting
- Coordination & review of international payrolls
- First point of contact with clients and their employees, answering queries & liaison
- Liaison with our network of international payroll providers & HMRC
- Preparation of funding requests, banking and payments from the clients’ payroll accounts, for an interim period
- WIP and billing control on your portfolio
- Setting up and onboarding new clients
- Attending meetings and calls with new & existing clients
- Delivering great client service

**Knowledge and Experience**
- CIPP partly or fully qualified
- Ideally approximately 3 - 4 years’ experience
- Strong experience in managing your own client facing portfolio is essential
- Good time management, ability to manage own tasks & work to tight deadlines
- Very strong communication skills (both verbal and written English) and confidence when dealing with clients
- Good team player
- Strong IT and good Excel skills
- Experience with UK payroll software, Brain system is desirable but not necessary
- A willingness to learn and grow within a commercial environment where client care is the primary focus
- An analytical approach with good attention to detail
