Supporting our client base, this is an onsite and field based role with travel to our nationwide distribution centres and logistics facilities. The MHE Trainer will work with developing the skills of our temporary workforce in the use of forklift equipmentand pallet trucks, as well as external training offered to employees of our partners. This is a Monday to Friday position, with flexibility on day shift working hours, required, to cover different shift times.
**Requirements**:
- High level customer service skills
- Experienced training within a logistics environment
- Strong understanding of health and safety and site regulations, acting as a safety ambassador on client sites
- Recognised valid accreditation for training to any of the following standards RTITB/ITSSAR/NPORS/AITT
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbal and written
- Confident in writing reports and feedback to internal and external contacts
- Organised and able to effectively plan training schedules and delivery material
