Times Higher Education University rankings are the leading university rankings in the world, with flagship rankings “World University Rankings” and “Impact Rankings” and with over 12 rankings produced per year. You will help support the Ranking Product Owner and ensure the quality of data collected and customer engagement is maintained and improved. The successful applicant will have the aptitude, attitude, and gravitas to make this role their own.

**Key Tasks and responsibilities**

THE is looking for a proactive Data Editor with a professional manner to support the Ranking Product Owner across a number of rankings projects from beginning to end.

**Key role responsibilities**:

- Enter and update data in various systems with the highest level of efficiency and accuracy
- Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Assist in gathering and researching data as well as validating data as required across a number of data sources
- Assist with team training, supervision and team moral
- Assist with research and maintaining documentation where required
- Assist with general administration for data collection cycles for THE

**Person Specification**

**Essential Skills/Qualifications**
- Degreed educated
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Experience of improving data quality and data cleansing
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level or accuracy
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Strong administrative skills and working within a busy office environment
- Strong drive, self-motivated. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Working to deadlines in a fast-moving environment
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Willingness to roll up sleeves and do what needs to be done to get the job done

**Desirable Skills/Qualifications**
- Knowledge of the Higher Education sector would be beneficial
- A second language is desirable
