Absolute Executive Search are delighted to be partnered with this Legal 500 Firm who due to continued growth is looking for a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join their team based in Tunbridge Wells.
This firm established over 40 years ago, prides itself on high levels of service, and has an experienced Commercial Law team, many of whom are Legal 500 recommended.
The Firm and the Role:

- The Firm focus on building long-term relationships with their clients and have a strong regional reputation as well as many of their Partners often sharing their knowledge in national conferences and seminars.
- The offer a supportive environment both within in the Firm and also to the local community where on a yearly basis they support local charities with various fund raising events.
- The role is a varied role ranging from M&A's, commercial contracts, shareholder agreements, corporate governance, restructuring and demergers and Intellectual Property licences.
Requirements of the Role:
- You will be a Corporate Solicitor with 1 to 6 years PQE.
- Good experience of running a caseload with mínimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Good attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills.
- Experience in marketing, networking and business development activities.
Hours - Flexible/Hybrid Hours offered.
**Salary**: £45k to £60k DOE
