- IT literate, especially with design and photo editing software

**Responsibilities**:
You will have wide range of duties that may include the following:

- Further Develop our Marketing & Branding Strategy
- Producing Original Copy for Website, Social Media and Printed Advertising Materials.
- Pushing our Voice and making our Brand Consistent Across all Platforms.
- Product Photography and Editing
- Managing Website and Social media pages by posting updates and responding to comments and messages
- Communicating with clients, potential or existing customers and external third parties
- Creating & Scheduling Stunning Social Media Posts
- Coming up with new and fun ways to promote our brand and engage with our customers that will help drive sales
- Attending Industry Events, Markets and Trade Shows
- Keeping Website and Wholesale Software up to date
- Deal with the day to day administration of the team including clerical tasks
- Office Admin and any other duties such as managing receipts and some light bookkeeping, organising and filing
- Dealing with our Wholesale Customers and setting up new ones on the system
- Organising company Training
- Inventory Tracking of Stock and Ingredients
- Customer Service / Serving Customers
- Sales Prospecting
- Implementation of Traceability system
- Tracking of Goods Arriving & entering onto Traceability System.
