We have just taken on an amazing and busy EA position, supporting the MD of the Investor Relations team in a Private Equity firm based in stunning offices in Victoria. The team are really friendly and sociable, and they’re looking for a superstar EA with IR experience who can hit the ground running.

They have a very close-knit team, who you’ll work closely alongside so being a team player is a must They want someone who is resilient and passionate about their job with a great team-work approach and positive mindset. Outstanding communication and inter-personal skills a must.

THE ROLE

Duties include but not limited to:

- Complex diary management across multiple time zones
- Extensive travel arrangements
- Expenses
- Organisation of global roadshows
- Organisation of global conferences, advisory board meetings, and fundraising events
- Light office support alongside the other EAs
- Working closely with the EAs in the London office and internationally
