**Salary Scale**:£90-£120 per day**

**Hours: 8:30 am - 3:30 pm**

**About the Role**:
**Cover Supervisor Role**:

- Lead classes in teachers' absence, ensuring students participate in pre-planned activities.
- Nurture a positive and safe learning environment through effective behavior management.
- Collaborate with colleagues to organize work and ensure access to necessary resources.
- Offer constructive feedback to teachers regarding attendance, engagement, and task completion.
- NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or higher, or a graduate aspiring for a career in education.
- Familiarity with safeguarding and child protection policies (training provided).
- Readiness to undergo additional training for continuous professional growth.
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and communication abilities.
- Initiative and adaptability to diverse situations.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to undergo the process.
- A thorough and verifiable work history.
