Shifts: Rotating Shifts (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)

Pay Rate: £11 per hour (paid breaks)
**Job Description**:
As a Machine Operator in the Worcester, your primary responsibility will be operating and minding various machines as part of a production or manufacturing process. This role involves working in a rotating shift pattern to ensure continuous production operations. The shifts are scheduled as follows: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM, and 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM, allowing flexibility to accommodate different schedules.
Key Responsibilities:

- Machine Operation: Operate and monitor machinery as per operational guidelines and safety protocols.- Quality Control: Ensure that the products meet quality standards and make adjustments as necessary.- Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance.- Safety: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.- Record-keeping: Maintain accurate records of machine operation and production data.- Troubleshooting: Identify and address minor issues with the machines and escalate problems to the appropriate personnel when necessary.- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets and ensure smooth workflow.- Adherence to Schedule: Work on rotating shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and nights, as required by the schedule.- Training: Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you are proficient in all aspects of machine operation.**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in machine operation is a plus, but not mandatory.- Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn machine operation quickly.- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues.- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and nights.- Good communication skills.
