**Introduction**:
**This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week required onsite and the rest of the work can be done from home.**

**My client is a niche technical consultancy who provide IT and cyber services to the Government and Defence clients. They are growing quickly and require a HR Advisor to help with the day-to-day running of the HR department**

**This role offers an exciting opportunity to undertake a dual role, either in HR and Compliance or HR and Business Services.**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the day-to-day running of HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with HR relevant legislation and stay updated on changes in employment laws.
- In the HR and Compliance role, responsibilities may include ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, policy development, and risk management.
- In the HR and Business Services role, responsibilities may involve collaborating with different departments to support their HR needs and contribute to overall business success.
- Provide support and training for further HR qualifications through apprenticeship courses.
- Encourage continuous professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Skills & experience**:

- Minimum of Level 3 or 5 CIPD qualification in Human Resource.
- Proven experience in day-to-day HR operations.
- Good understanding of HR relevant legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
