We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced GMO (General Maintenance Operative) to join our team. As a GMO, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of our PPM contracts across the region for our most prestigious client.

Must be happy with travelling to jobs and work outside Yorkshire when required.

The main responsibility will be installation of Air filters, general maintenance, basic plumbing. Water temperature sampling, anemometer usage and taking temperatures during PPM's. Swapping out fire links in fire dampers and inspecting coils/ cleaning coils and inspecting duct work. Good knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance.

Basic knowledge of point of use water heaters preferred.

Basic knowledge of electrics preferred not essential.

Multiskilled engineer (Painting, basic joinery, plumbing, HVAC, Electrical experience)

Small building fabric repairs

Understanding of AHU’s and overdoor heaters and previous experience is preferred but not 100% necessary as we can train on this.

Previous PPM experience essential and a capability of meeting deadlines.

Full clean UK Driving license is essential and a company van is provided.
