Nursery Practitioner

We are looking for a skilled and qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team here at the Chinnor branch of Buds that Blossom. You will have a fun time nurturing young minds and conducting fair practices to shape the children's future.

Buds that Blossom is a local independent nursery whose director is from a nursery background started a career in childcare over 20 years ago as an apprentice.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Passionate about childcare and having a positive impact on children’s lives
- Interact and provide stimulating activities for the children in a fun and creative way
- Meet each individual child’s care needs
- Great communicator with children, team members and parents
- Understand and follow company policies and procedures
- Safeguarding and protecting children is paramount
- Assisting with the implementation of administrative procedures involved with registration, place allocation, and other related matters
- Adhering to all policies and procedures relevant to your role as deemed appropriate by the Manager

**Required Experience**:

- Relevant Level 2 or level 3 qualification in early years
- You should be a team player and adaptable
- Must have an understanding of children’s ages and their stages of development
