Advantage Resourcing are working with a leading aviation company based in Broughton looking for a Value Stream Manager to work with the wider team with particular focus on business, Industrial and E2E Activities.
**Role Overview**
The Value Stream Management Widebody Wing organisation ensures the smooth flow of product and information End-to-End within the value chain to achieve on quality, on time and on cost Widebody Wing.
**What you will be doing**:
- Lead VSM projects ensuring time, cost and delivery targets are met using project management tools and techniques
- Integration and support to A330 & A350 focused value stream managers driving synergies and improvements
- Work closely with other functions building effective relationships and networks to support delivery of projects and VSM tasks
- Working with other VSM project leaders and members of the team to ensure best practice is shared across the VSM
- Lead projects that contribute to the key Broughton VSM objectives including route to zero OSW, abnormality management, improvement projects and CDT integration but not limited to
**What we are looking for in you**:
- Experience in, or with Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Procurement, Quality and Engineering.
- Good working knowledge and experience of Aircraft production/Aircraft engineering.
- Good working knowledge of a variety of industry systems and tools (ICC and Mod management would be desirable).
- Experience in working with Suppliers and Risk Sharing Partners.
- Experience in project management (knowledge of LBIP processes and Project Management certification would be desirable).
