Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive course materials for Indian cookery classes.
- Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate industry best practices into the curriculum.
- Conduct hands-on cooking classes, providing step-by-step guidance on Indian cooking techniques, recipes, and cultural aspects.
- Demonstrate proficiency in various Indian cuisines, including but not limited to regional dishes, traditional spices, and cooking methods.
- Provide constructive feedback to students on their culinary skills and progress.
- Ensure that cooking facilities and equipment are maintained in good working condition.
- Collaborate with relevant staff for the procurement of ingredients and resources.
