Bar Staff

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking dedicated Bar Staff to join our team at The Radcliffe Club, Amble. As a Bar Staff member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and ensuring they have an enjoyable experience.

**Duties**:

- Greeting customers warmly and taking drink orders promptly
- Mixing and serving drinks according to recipes and customer preferences
- Handling cash transactions accurately
- Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area
- Restocking bar inventory and supplies as needed
- Providing assistance to customers with menu choices and offering recommendations
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations at all times
- Cleaning of room and toilets at end of service or as required

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Proficient in time management to handle busy periods efficiently
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and calculating bills accurately
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
