We are looking for a full-time or part-time, permanent HR Adviser to join our team in South Cerney, Cirencester If you are looking for a hands-on, operational, and transactional HR role, then this is the position for you

**What we can offer you**:

- A competitive basic salary of up to £38k for full-time or £38k (pro-rata) for part-time depending on experience

**Key accountabilities and deliverables**:

- Proactively (and wherever/whenever necessary reactively) provide the highest levels of service, advice, solutions and support to Usay leaders and their teams through all stages of the employment lifecycle
- Ensure that key HR policies and processes are consistently, efficiently and effectively executed, including those relating to resourcing, talent management, performance management, recognition, communication and reward
- Provide specialist employment law advice
- Monitor resolution of complex employment cases
- Create new HR policies and ensure existing policies remain compliant
- Be the 1st point of contact for comprehensive and professional HR advise to all line managers across the organisation with the ability to deal with a wide range of HR issues including absence management, performance issues, recruitment and selection, termination,probations, maternity / family policies etc
- Support the HR Manager in providing advice on restructuring, organisation design and development
- Support HR Manager as company representative at Employment Tribunals
- Act as an internal consultant to managers on people and organisational issues; influence and coach managers to better lead, manage and engage their people
- Support the HR Manager to conduct annual salary reviews. Ensure salaries are competitive and comply with minimum and living wage regulations.
- Produce monthly HR KPI’s, highlighting any issues within the business
- Attend quarterly employee forum meetings
- Work with other areas of the business including Recruitment and Training & Development to ensure staff are fully equipped to carry out the full range of their duties and tasks

**Experience required**:

- Significant experience as an HR Adviser in a commercial environment
- CIPD accredited desirable
- Track record of maintaining continuous professional development and using knowledge of latest HR practices, innovations and standards to company advantage.
- Solid ER expertise
- Proven track record of dealing with disciplinaries, grievances and performance management issues up to and including dismissal stage
- Ability to deal with conflicting priorities from internal stakeholders, and demonstrate resilience and strong influencing skills to manage these effectively
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment legislation
