Bank Sar Administrator

To be responsible for liaising with Caldicott Guardian, Information Governance Lead, other admin and clinical team members, in order to ensure completion of SAR requests, Freedom of Information requests and Medical Reports requests. To work flexibly in order to achieve objectives meeting service requirements by communicating information to stakeholders, interacting with a variety of professionals and agencies both internally and externally i.e. Solicitors, Police, Patients etc.
To provide excellent attention to detail and a high standard of data quality in order to record relevant and accurate data essential to achieve national timescales.
To manage and co-ordinate a range of administration duties to support the effective and efficient functioning and delivery of the SAR Admin process.
To ensure that all work necessary is carried out in accordance with both Local and National Policies and Procedures ensuring compliance with Data Protection Legislation.
