Clemence Rogers are working in conjunction with our client to recruit for a Panel Beater.

**Key responsibilities of a Panel Beater**:

- To carry out body repairs in an efficient, skillful and safe manner.
- Use correct repair methods in line with manufacturers’ specifications.
- Repair the vehicle right first time to eliminate wastage.
- Work over 100% efficiency.
- Clean and tidy mindset.

**The Ideal Panel Beater**:

- Panel Beater certification, or equivalent vocational training.
- Be able to work independently whilst remaining part of a team.
- Be highly organised and flexible with their approach to work.
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be focused on attention to detail.
- Good manual skills, accuracy, and precision.
- Physically fit and able to operate heavy machinery.
- Availability to work overtime when needed.
- General welding and brazing experience.
- Ability to operate mechanical, hydraulic and metalworking equipment.
- Thorough knowledge of automotive industry safety specifications and regulations.

**Hours**:

- Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
- 40 Hours
