**ABOUT US**:
We are a highly successful facilities company, based in Addlestone, Surrey.

**THE ROLE**:
We are a Facilities Company specialising in the Film & TV industry that are expanding their workforce. We are looking for a someone to fill the vacancy of Stores Manager in our Stores Department.

**AN IDEA OF WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES**:

- Monitoring and keeping levels of stock
- Placing orders to keep stock levels in place
- inputting data to Sage 50 Accounts
- Liaising with staff from mulitiple departments to ascertain their needs and facilitating delivery of required parts/components
- Liaising with Director to arrange quotes for bespoke ordering
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Stocking shelves and putting parts away
- Checking deliveries
- Accountability for all stock items
- Issuing items internally to our staff on our site, drivers and also external customers
- Keeping the Stores department clean and tidy
- Collecting parts locally from time to time

**ARE YOU WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
Have a basic understanding of Sage 50

You must possess excellent communication and organisational skills

Have the desire to learn and develop your skills

You must have a proactive can-do attitude
