Telephonist Team Leader

We are looking for a Team Leader to join our Telephony team based at our Contact Centre in Eastleigh.

The Opportunity:
This stimulating role will require you to supervise the team who look after all our customer enquiries coming into the business over the phone and online. With a friendly and professional approach, you will have excelling organisational skills and be committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

About You:

- Excellent telephone manner, along with the ability to communicate in an engaging and friendly manner;
- Confidence to talk to customers over the phone and through Web Chat to quickly understand their individual requirements;
- Previous experience in a target driven sales environment, telesales, or a call centre/customer service department (essential);
- Accurate data input, good attention to detail and experience of managing your own and your team’s workload; and
- Good IT skills with experience of Microsoft Office.
