**On Target Earnings (OTE) - **Recruitment Consultant**

Year 1 - £35,000 - £45,000

Year 2 - £50,000 - £70,000

Year 3 - £70,000 - £100,000

**The Role - Recruitment Consultant**

Joining the team at **RULE** means your day will be fast-paced an varied. Some of the key responsibilities include;
- Writing and post job adverts on our advertising platforms
- Attending client meetings in the city
- Booking interviews with our clients
- Taking interview feedback

**YOU (the most important part) **Recruitment Consultant**

We have a great culture at **RULE** and we want to keep it that way - individuals joining us should be hard-working but up for a laugh Ideally you’ll also have;
- Graduated recently with a 2:2
- Experience working in a commercial environment is beneficial but we also love to see people who have worked in hospitality, retail, set up your own company, etc
- Ambition and drive to succeed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sporty/competitive nature
- Experience working in sales is highly beneficial e.g car sales/ telesales/ door2door sales, etc. (but not a must have)
