As a Staff Engineer you will be tasked to come in and tackle their most difficult problems with simple, easy and sensible solutions. You'll need them to guide the Senior Engineers and Tech Leads with mentoring and coaching and empowering them with the skillset to self-serve on solving these kinds of problems, and then driving those solutions through to delivery. Not as managers, but as Individual Contributor's.

There are 4 main aspects of the product in which you will be a key person to each, you will have specialist in multiple aspects of technology including Machine Learning, intelligent data, UI development and design and mobile + web app development.

**What technologies do you need experience in?**
- React / React Router / Redux
- GraphQL and REST for APIs
- Selenium / Jest / Mocha / Unit Testing
- Cloud Technologies ideally AWS however GCP or Azure is also great
- MySQL and Database experience

**What will your day to day be?**
- Experience is key in this role, and you will need to be ready to step into the position.
- Looking for someone with proven success in delivery of complex software and infrastructure projects.
- Experience and you will show a passion towards coaching, mentoring and managing people within the Engineering team.
- As per the above you must have experience leading teams with a technology business remotely.
- You will have strong collaboration skills with a range of people and teams both inside and outside of technology.
- You will be working with a wide range of people and teams so ensure you are not afraid to challenge people both up the ladder and down.
- You will be heavily involved in the growth of the team, which is key to the business's success, over the next 2 years the plan is to double the technology team so ensure these appeals to you before applying.
