Barista/ Box Office

Full time role Monday - Friday 9am -5pm

Freelance role - Requires invoicing Esher Theatre for hours at month end

**Duties**:

- Make coffees and sell snacks from our cafe
- Sell tickets to customers both in person and over the phone
- Provide information about events, seating options, and pricing
- Assist customers with ticket purchases and resolve any issues or concerns
- Maintain accurate records of ticket sales and transactions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote upcoming events
- Help with event setup and preparation as needed

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for processing transactions
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with food preparation or food safety guidelines is a plus

Pay: £11.40-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Barista experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
