**Your new role**Do you have experience working in schools?
Are you a passionate Primary Teaching Assistant?

I am recruiting on behalf of schools across Telford who are in need of qualified Primary Teaching Assistants across KS1 and KS2. You will be a confident individual who is able to support the class teacher, providing focused support across key groups of students.You will be effective in time management, ensuring that all resources are prepared in advance. The flexibility of these roles means you will have the opportunity to build a portfolio of schools to choose from, developing your skill set and experiences withinthe classroom making you a confident practitioner.
**What you'll need to succeed**
Recent referenceable experience within a school setting
Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification
Strong behaviour management
Be empathetic, resilient, and passionate about learning
Promote the safety and well-being of students
Able to monitor students' progression and understanding of topics, differentiating resources where necessary.
