**Mchine setter / Operator**

**Hourly rate**: up to £14/ph

**Hours**: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm (early finish on Friday)

We are seeking talented individuals with a flare for Engineering and a keen desire to train and progress within the UK's leading Manufacturing company based in Redditch.

**Key Responsibilities - What you will be doing**:

- Producing high quality machined components from dimensional standards and engineering drawings
- Operating 3 axis CNC Milling machinery
- Work within a team in a fast-paced environment
- Operation and training of various other machines
- Checking first-offs and ensuring quality is to standard

**Requirements - What we require from you**:

- Able to commute to Redditch
- Experience in setting Tooling
- Experience with measuring equipment such as Micrometres
- Experience Setting & Operating machinery in a manufacturing environment (minimum 2 years)
- Ability to cope with fast paced environments
- Ability to read Engineering Drawings

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Redditch: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Machine setting/Operating: 2 years (required)
