This opportunity will be an initial 12 month fixed term contract.

**What you'll be doing**
- Contributing to the origination and development of new business initiatives for Private Credit
- Aiding the sourcing of new business opportunities by understanding client investment needs and influencing Private Credit business strategy
- Managing existing products, segregated accounts, and new products, partnering as appropriate with Product Strategy and Development, LGIM Distribution and Investment teams.
- Ensuring that all sales and marketing activities are undertaken within the relevant regulatory and compliance frameworks
- Communicating investor requirements to the investment team
- Building external profile for the Private Credit business, by speaking at events, attending conferences, authoring articles in professional journals and blogs
- Contributing to the thought leadership and marketing agendas
- Working collaboratively with teammates and internal stakeholders to support the delivery of Private Credit business objectives

**What we're looking for**
- Straight forward communication of investment opportunities to clients and feedback from clients to the investment team
- Investment acumen to actively engage with clients 1:1 and to match the right LGIM RA investment opportunity to the outcome the client is seeking
- Energy and drive to convert clients to close
- An existing Private Credit investor and consultant network in Europe and the UK
- Strong market knowledge of private and public credit markets as well as broader real asset classes
- Excellent written and presentation skills
- Organised and able to prioritise, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under time pressure and with accuracy
- Team player, ability to work independently and proactively to take ownership of tasks, as well as part of a team.
