We have an exciting opportunity for a **Customer Support Specialist **to** **join our growing Customer Success Team
**Why is this role important?**
**How a day might look like for you**:
- Support customers via our chat, providing guidance and delivering the best product experience
- Identifying root cause of customer issues and resolving within them our SLA
- Escalating known issues/bugs across to 2nd line support for further investigation
- Addressing customer needs and Identify friction points
- Be forward thinking to encourage a self-service mindset to our customers
- Use our Bots to build answers to frequently asked questions
- Proactively increasing your knowledge of the product from the latest releases and enhancements
- Sharing customer insights and logging them through to the product board
- Become an expert in all Breathe products to confidently support our customers
- Ad Hoc work given by customer support manager
