We are currently seeking a new team member to join our customer service team. Our team provide support to new and existing customers from processing orders to aftersales queries and support.
- Good telephone and computer skills
- Must be able to work under pressure, plan ahead and prioritise work
- Should be able to achieve high levels of accuracy when processing work
- Previous experience is desirable but not essential.
Your main duties will include answering calls, dealing with customer complaints & enquiries and processing sales / aftersales orders.
We are looking for a team player with good communication and organisational skills, who can provide high quality standards of service to our customers.
