IT Trainer

Cross Resourcing are working in partnership with a leading Legal client to recruit an IT Trainer to join them on a full time, permanent basis.

Our client manages all Tax planning and Legal matters for entrepreneurs, businesses, charities, and trustees.

**Role **Purpose**

You will deliver effective systems and technology training throughout the firm on current and new systems roll outs.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Deliver training on the Microsoft 365 suite throughout the firm, whether 1 to 1, classroom or online
- Assist and collaborate in the design and delivery of training materials to support business systems
- Provide training on an ongoing basis to employees and organize various training sessions for new employee inductions with continual support
- Analyse and maintain training records as required for scheduled refresher sessions
- Experience of coordinating courses and meetings
- Consult with the helpdesk, analysing calls and producing communication around any trends that training can assist.
- Provide accurate information and advice on training requirements
- Aid with the systems testing across the firm

**Key Skills**
- **Previous experience as an IT Trainer, ideally within professional services or law firm, would be advantageous**:

- **Minimum two years’ experience in a training role is desirable**:

- Excellent IT skills and a full working knowledge of the MS365 Office suite at an advanced level, Microsoft Office Specialist, CTT+
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and organisational skills
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Positive, can-do attitude, self-motivated, flexible
- Able to work on your own initiative and the ability to bring a positive change to the firm

This is a full-time, permanent role working 33.75 hours per week. You will initially work full time in the office, moving forward will be in line with the firm’s hybrid working approach and smarter working policy.
