My client, a southeast London local authority, are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to support their Helpdesk.
Main purpose of the job:
- To provide day to day functions of the Facilities Management CAFM and Helpdesk
- To provide a range of operational administrative and financial tasks in order to support the effective and efficient delivery of Council services.
- To be a key link between the council, Facilities management team and service providers, contractors
- Ideally to have experience of Helpdesk, CAFM systems
- Advantage to have understand FM hard services
- Good telephone skills (but role is largely online)
PAYE Hourly £16.84
LTD UMBRELLA £20.68
