Job Title: Experienced Trade Counter Staff

Location: West London

GasWorld Parts UK Limited, an established Plumbers Merchants with branches in West London, is seeking experienced Trade Counter Staff to join our team. If you have a passion for the industry and are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively check deliveries, transfers, and stock to ensure accurate inventory management
- Assist customers on the shop floor, providing expert advice and making sales
- Place orders with suppliers to maintain adequate stock levels
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the shop to create a pleasant shopping environment
- Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times

**Requirements**:

- Essential knowledge in heating, plumbing, and bathrooms
- Advantageous to have knowledge in boiler spares
- Previous experience working in a plumbers' merchants
- Strong leadership and people skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate initiative
- Excellent communication, organizational, and administrative skills
- Punctuality and trustworthiness are essential
- Willingness to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ideally possess a full clean driving license

Working Hours:

- Monday to Friday: 7:30 am to 5:00 pm
- Saturday: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm (on a rotational basis)

**Salary**:

- £20,000.00-£40,000.00 per year (negotiable based on experience)
- Target sales bonus available
