Our Quality Oversight team provide oversight for all United Kingdom Ireland (UKI) KYC quality teams, to enable them to deliver the highest level of Know Your Client (KYC) quality standards across all client files. As a member of the Quality Oversight team, you will share, collab and assist in identifying any potential gaps in quality and front running the lessons learnt, to ensure UKI Quality Assurance (QA) pass scores meet regulatory commitments. The Quality Oversight Team performs a critical function ensuring high quality standards are maintained in strict adherence with Deutsche Bank’s Know Your Client Policy and Procedures for customer’ KYC files, prepared by respective KYC officers.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Review initial findings from QA to identify where any points can be overturned
- Prepare deliberations for senior management Fail Appeal Forums
- Prepare End of Day (EoD) reporting based on live updates for QA for Senior Management
- Consolidate thematic fails for senior stakeholder and Maker/Checker feedback
- Coordinate all root cause/ action plans/ consequence management for QA fails, with respective UK Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) Team
- Assist and collab with Head of Quality Oversight with ad hoc Group Audit/KPMG/ Skilled Persons reviews/ Anti Financial Crime Engagement reviews, where required

**Your skills and experience**
- Confident self-starter who is proactive and passionate about the Quality of KYC, in meeting Deutsche Bank and regulatory KYC requirements and demonstrating a Center of Excellence, across United Kingdom & Ireland KYC client files.
- In-depth knowledge of Deutsche Bank Policy/ KYC Key Operating Standards and associated Identification & Verification and Desk Top Procedures artefacts (incl. screening requirements) and ability to articulate credible challenges, based on Deutsche Bank requirements across Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhance Due Diligence (EDD) requirements
- Strong KYC experience working on CDD and EDD
- Excellent Communication skills, written and oral - Ability to absorb complex information pertaining to the Client KYC file and Quality Checker /QA/KPMG/Group Audit findings and interpret and present clearly to a variety of stakeholders, in suitable layman terms
- Ability to challenge the status quo i.e. during QA challenge discussions where you seek to overturn fails, where applicable
- Excel Skills - Good working knowledge of Excel Management Information and creating pivots i.e. For Senior Management reporting. Fluent Working knowledge of Outlook/ PowerPoint
