Bartender

**Bartender **- Portree, Isle of Skye

The Bosville Hotel is hiring a _**Bartender**_ to join their team in Portree, The Isle of Skye. We are currently offering seasonal and permanent variable hours contracts for this role, and you will be working a minimum of 16 hours per week.

**Where?**

This position is based at _The Bosville Hotel_, in _Portree_. The Bosville is contained within a trio of 19th-century cottages that have been lovingly restored and converted. Our refined but cosy accommodation is situated right in the centre of Portree, opposite the harbour with some of the best views in town.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Have great customer service skills and experience in serving on a bar and restaurant.
- Mixing and serving a range of beverages, such as cocktails.
- Keeping all bar areas, including counters, cupboards and appliances organized and clean at all times.
- Being always compliant with our Food and Health Safety regulations and policies.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: £11.50-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week

- Portree, IV51 9DG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front of House: 1 year (preferred)
- Bartending: 1 year (preferred)
