Working Foreman - General Builder

Fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Working Foreman to join a unique, modern, growing business, working on various exciting projects.

Prime Style Builders are client driven experts in extensions, loft conversions, structural works, refurbs, general maintenance and much more. We are looking to expand our teams across Yorkshire and require hard working, experienced Joiner to join us with an emphasis on high quality finishing of building projects.

A Primestyle Foreman

Will be a hands on capable general builder with the ability manage minor building projects. They will be able to create and execute project plans, manage material and staff on site. They will have good communication skills and manage our clients proactively. Also assisting the site manager and office administration teams. They will look for opportunities to save the company and client money/time. They will enjoy hitting targets and receive bonuses for good performance. Will want to progress themselves and company. AS well as being a multi skilled general builder they will aid the monitoring, planning using our management software systems.

Primary Responsibilities:
Run building projects

Setting out sites

General builder skills

Health and Safety on site

Responsible for efficiency and quality of work carried out

Material orders and site planning (using our online system)

Ensure site staff complete daily work logs

Liaise with Admin/office staff effectively

Update and manage site management system (BMS)

Log work records and progress tasks on site

Work with supporting staff and management

May be required to assist in other areas if skills allow and are required.

Skills & Experience Required

Knowledge required:
Ground works

Drainage

Steelwork

Brickwork

Plastering

Joinery

Roofing

Window Installation

Valid CSCS card, Verified UTR number for CIS, Driver’s licence, Own tools required, Taking care of company tools and vehicles

Have good communication & interpersonal skills with clients, colleagues, and directors

Have a pleasant and professional telephone manner when talking to clients and suppliers

Use initiative, be pro-active & self-motivated

Be willing and capable to work alone and part of a team

Have a positive commitment to the vision and values of the business

Be well organised, yet flexible to follow company protocols

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
