**The Role**
As our Programme Planner, your responsibilities will include:

- Coordination and administration of the F1 Programme Plans and reporting tools.
- Consolidating the programme(s) status, highlighting risks and opportunities for improvement, accurately reporting the overall status to the business.
- Proactively developing and continuously improving the programme planning process from concept to car.
- Maintaining strong, effective working relationships with all stakeholders (Engineering and Operational).
- Supporting Senior Materials Controller with the administration of design releases and maintenance of car bill of materials as required.
- Meeting the team’s corporate and competitive objectives.

**What we are looking for**:

- Educated to degree level, ideally with a project management or engineering focus.
- Experience of planning in a fast-paced, demanding (high rate of change), prototype environment is highly desirable.
- Comprehensive and provable working knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft products including Project (or similar planning tools) to advanced level.
- Working knowledge of SAP or alternative ERP system is highly desirable.
- Effective communication at all levels, along with strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- Must possess a process mind-set with a capability for logically solving complex problems.
- Resilient and professional with a belief in the concept of continuous improvement.
- Energetic with a strong work ethic and customer focus.
- Ability to remain focused and objective when faced with adversity.
- Ability to create a positive profile for themselves and the team.
