Are appointing experienced, well qualified Teaching Assistants

**Grade 5, **(AAAE: 5052)**

**Required immediately, 30 hours per week, 38 weeks, term time**

**£21,968 to £24,054 (pro rata £14,974 - £16,767)**

Working collaboratively with teaching staff and other support staff to enhance the development and education of children. You will be working within the Support Department and also main school classrooms supporting our learners.

The people we are looking for will be positive, enthusiastic team players with excellent interpersonal, nurturing, supportive skills and have the ability to motivate others.

You will have experience of working with SEN learners and hold a Teaching Assistant Qualification Level 2 or 3 with a proven track record of continuous personal and professional development.

You may be expected to supervise individual and/or small group interventions for learners.

Monitor individual learners’ progress - you will be expected to facilitate the delivery of programmes that support learner’s targets and monitor their progress against these targets. You will also be expected to share this with your line manager and/or other members of the team in school.

Liaise with parents and carers as required.
