Motoring Assistance is on the lookout for customer focused colleagues with a flair for providing a great service. Ideally you will be motivated by building excellent rapport and ensuring our customers have a great experience. Your team will have outbound and inbound calls with expert knowledge in our products and services to help our customers choose the right cover for them. Ensuring that our customers have a positive experience and get everything they need from us when they call.

You will be working in a busy department, taking inbound calls, making outbound calls and will need the ability to work at pace.

**What will I be doing?**

You will be taking inbound and making outbound calls to customers where you will have the ability to earn commission. Both aspects consist of customers wanting to renew their membership, purchase a new membership or add products to their existing membership.

**What do I need?**

Ideally you will have worked in a sales role before, but if this is your first role or a career change don’t worry as we provide all the training and support you will need. What you will need is a passion for providing great customer service and resilience to succeed in a bustling environment.

The role also includes processing live callouts to our members, who may have broken down or been involved in a road traffic collision anywhere across the UK. A level head and reassuring tone of voice are required to take the pain away from our members when they need us most.

We also offer a range of programmes to help progress your career with Motoring Assistance, whether that’s to be the best you can be in your current role or growing new skills and taking on extra responsibilities to prepare you for a different position or promotion if you wanted it.
