**Are you looking for a new exciting challenge as Exam Invigilator?**

Are you a recent graduate, thinking of entering the teaching profession, and seeking school experience? Or are you someone who is seeking a long term, fulfilling role, supporting young people to achieve their potential?

Our School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic individual who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support students in and out of the classroom, including the supervision of wholes classes during the short term absence of teachers.

You will be required to deliver the lesson plan set the class teacher.

**Key responsibilities**:

- To register and record student attendance.
- To uphold the School rules and ethos
- To facilitate and encourage learning which helps all students achieve their potential
- To communicate the work/Exam instructions set by the class teacher to the students
- To ensure that the resources specified for the lesson are available and oversee their use as necessary
- To assist students where possible and, if necessary, seek appropriate assistance or advice
- To return work, etc., to the class teacher and communicate student progress to the teacher
- To collate and distribute class work/Exam papers to supply staff and to monitor the return of materials
- To enable standard operating procedures including and orderly entrance and exit from classrooms and Exam Hall.

**Requirements/Preferable**:

- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience-_essential_
- Some Experience, knowledge and understanding of safeguarding processes-_desirable_
- UK Valid Enhanced DBS (we can help obtain this at cost if needed)-_essential_
- Two professional references-_essential_

**Training**:
We provide in-house and external CPD training for all our agency staff members. In addition, recently qualified teachers are ‘buddied up’ with experienced teachers to provide support and direction in teaching and learning.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £70.00-£100.00 per day
