Soltyre Ltd have an excellent opportunity for an administrator at our Milnthorpe centre and we are looking for an ambitious person to grow their skills.

Soltyre has a reputation for good service to the local community and expanding from one depot to six within the last two years.

**As a Branch Administrator, you will be responsible for**:

- Dealing with customers to ensure an excellent service
- Accurate and timely invoicing
- Taking orders and pricing quotes for customers over the phone and face to face
- Maintaining suitable levels of stock and ordering tyres when required
- Ensuring all deliveries are entered onto the system accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining credit control is done on a regular and timely basis.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail and the willingness to take accountability
- Confidence and strong interpersonal skills
- First class communication skill both written and verbal IT literacy - excel, spreadsheet and word processing
- Evidence of a positive, proactive and flexible approach
- Financial knowledge - basic understanding of purchase ledger and credit control

Hours are Mon-Fri with every alternate Saturday morning.

Full or Part Time hours available
