**Your new role**
As a mid-level Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and launch of our flagship SaaS product. You will work closely with our engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure that our product meets the needs of our customersand exceeds their expectations.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- 3-5 years of experience in product management
- Developing and implementing product strategies that align with the overall company goals and vision
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs and pain points
- Developing and managing product roadmaps and timelines
- Communicating with stakeholders and executives to ensure alignment on product vision and direction
- Identifying and evaluating new product opportunities and conducting competitive analysis
- Gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements to ensure that the product backlog is aligned with the product vision
- Managing and mentoring a team of Product Managers and related personnel
- Collaborating with customers and partners to gather feedback and insights to inform product development and improvement.
