We are looking for a **full-time, permanent Inventory Administrator **to join our **ASOS** team, based in Lichfield.

We have numerous of different shift patterns available
- **Sunday to Thursday either **07:00-16:30 or 15:30-00:00, Monday to Friday either 07:00-16:30 or 15:30-00:00 or Tuesday - Saturday 15:30-00:00**.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Monitor workflow through the picking, packing and sortation functions
- Be responsible for supplier compliance checks and informing suppliers of any penalty charges if requirements have not been met
- Conduct received stock checks for discrepancies and report to ASOS when required
- Build and maintain good relationships with the customer care and operations team

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Knowledge and experience of working with WMS, previous experience in Dematic or Matflow beneficial but not essential
- Strong planning and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
