A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Asset Surveyor to join our Asset Investment department at Magna. You will be an enthusiastic and committed individual and work as part of a multi-disciplinary team that works in partnership with our colleagues. The work you undertake will ensure we provide excellent customer experience in the delivery of our programmes of work.

**You will**:

- Carry out stock condition surveys, energy performance certificates, legionella assessments and asbestos surveys.
- To assist the Asset Data & Performance Manager in delivering strategic strategies.
- To specify, plan, procure and manage packages of planned and cyclical works.
- Assist in the development of survey programs and analyse and record property data.

**We are looking for someone who**:

- To be successful, you will have an HNC in a construction related discipline or time served relevant experience and possess a minimum of Maths and English at GCSE level.
- You will have an exceptional knowledge of Building Regulations and experience of refurbishment works to domestic multi occupied buildings.
- You need to be well organised and logical and be capable of concise and accurate work.
- Lives within a computable distance of Dorset and Somerset.
- Has strong numeracy, IT and inter-personal skills.

The salary advertised would be reduced in this event, and a salary progression and training plan would be agreed with the successful applicant.
