VWS Westgarth Ltd is part of **Veolia Water Technologies** group and is reported through this parent. Veolia Water Technologies (VWT) is in turn part of Veolia Environnement SA (VE), a French multinational business.
VWS Westgarth Ltd, whose main office is in East Kilbride, Scotland, is a specialist in water treatment systems for the offshore energy sector. We are the world leader in the Sulphate Removal Process, which is a sea water treatment system for the offshore industry and we are also specialists in treatment systems for oilfield produced waters. Our main offshore markets are currently West Africa and South America, where we also undertake the management responsibility for offices in Luanda and Rio de Janeiro.

**Your Role**
As a **Tender Coordinator** at VWS Westgarth Ltd, you'll play a pivotal role in our success. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of key tasks, including:
- Providing comprehensive administrative and coordination support to our dedicated Tender team.
- Collaborating closely with the Head of Tender and Office Manager, offering your expertise and support as needed.
- Crafting, revising, and meticulously submitting crucial tender documents.
- Managing online portals that facilitate seamless communication with our global clients.
- Maintaining efficient and organized filing systems for completed documents, ensuring easy retrieval.
- Updating pricing data in our database from incoming quotes to guarantee accuracy.
- Taking an active role in meetings by producing and distributing accurate minutes.
- Serving as the guardian of RFQ documents, from downloading and indexing to uploading to online portals as dictated by clients.
- Engaging in regular liaison with tender managers and engineers to ensure that data remains up to date.
- Being responsible for compiling and maintaining Tender Documentation, a critical aspect of our success.
- Organizing and producing essential reports, aiding in decision-making, tracking, and forecasting.
- Collaborating effectively with senior management to ensure the accuracy of corporate reporting.
- Working closely with the financial team to keep financial data up-to-date for reports.
- Efficiently managing travel arrangements, meeting room bookings, and catering when required.
- Remaining adaptable and ready to tackle any unforeseen challenges.

- Previous experience in coordinating large, complex tender projects in the Oil & Gas, Renewables, or Water contracting industries
