Working as part of an established and supportive team you will develop the skills and knowledge necessary to help the business grow within the thermal mapping and temperature monitoring sector.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide telephone technical after sales customer support, after training
- Manage company support ticket system
- Competently remotely access client’s systems to diagnose issues, after training
- Be a point of contact for clients support issues
- Calibrate temperature and humidity sensors, after training
- Assist installing temperature monitoring systems with field service engineer remotely or onsite, after training
- Assist with temperature mapping exercises, after training
- Visit client sites at National locations, if required
- Represent the company when on client sites

**Qualities required**
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work collaboratively with others to form strong positive working relationships with colleagues, clients and contractors
- Ability to work on own initiative and seek assistance when required
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload to ensure that timescales are met
- An ability to logically fault find efficiently
- High level of attention to detail and note taking
- Project a professional image to clients and colleagues
- Demonstrate pride in work, through accurate timely delivery

**Experience preferred**
- Experience and interest of electronic systems (dataloggers, wireless sensors)
- A good understanding of computer networks (TCP/IP)
- An understanding of computer databases (MSSQL)
- Ability to collate and interpret data to write technical reports from the results
- Computer literacy, Microsoft Office proficiency essential
- Competence with hand tools and test equipment
- A clean full driving licence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
