Receptionist (Casual)

Our Casual contracts are great for people looking to top up their income and/or work flexibly, as work is offered with hours to suit both you and the peak trading times of our business. Various shifts are available, including week days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

**What you will be doing**:

- You will be the central point of contact for all visitors to the centre, dealing with enquires in regards to both the centre and the local area.
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Using meeting room booking software.
- Dealing with the fire alarm panel in the event of an emergency.
- General reception/administration duties such as photocopying, telephone switchboard, franking and sorting of mail, signing for deliveries.

- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to multi task

- Excellent IT/Administrative skills
- Proof of right to work in the UK
