You will have a range of DIY skills to carry out high quality repairs of fixtures, fittings and equipment. However you will bring in professionals as required.

You will complete a range of checks within the home to ensure health and safety processes around the building are in place and maintained.

**Essential Criteria / Desirable Criteria**

**Personal Qualities**

**Knowledge**
- A trade skill such as builder or painter and decorator or carpenter etc.
