Warehouse with Reach Licence

My client, a well established, growing business are looking for an experienced warehouse person with a Reach Forklift Licence.
Mon-Fri 07.00 - 16.30 or 08.00-17.30, Saturdays 09.00 - 17.30 on shift basis, 5 days per week. 42.5hrs p/w
Reach license essential.
Your role is to assist the Head of Warehousing and Distribution with the following tasks:

- Deliver excellent customer service that exceeds all customer’s expectations
- Comprehensive product knowledge
- Take in deliveries by way of handballing andforklift,following the Company processes at all times
- Arrange return of incorrectly delivered or damaged stock, complete a “Returns” note and inform supplier
- Handballing products into customers’ vehicles
- Loading palleted stock onto vehicles for delivery by way of forklift
- Prepare and check outgoing deliveries ready for the following day
- Keep warehouse, yard and damaged area clean and tidy
- Solve all warehouse related ‘problems’ i.e. roller shutter, forklifts, lights etc.
- Ensure that all customers are dealt with efficiently, courteously and as promptly as possible
- The telephone is to be answered within 4 rings
- Deal with customer complaints/enquiries and follow them through to a satisfactory conclusion
- Keep paperwork precise and clear so that tasks may be followed by colleagues
- Ensure all promises made to customers are realistic, achievable and are completed
- Ensure that all Company systems and procedures are followed at all times
- Keep a tidy, safe working environment following all Health and Safety procedures
- Prepare and assist with stock takes adhering to Company procedure
- Assist with the training and development of all new recruits
- Wherever possible, identify improvements to processes to enhance customer service, reduce costs, improve margin etc.
- Report any Health and Safety issues to your Line Manager
- Take on any reasonable ad hoc duties to ensure the smooth running of The Company
