**Job overview**:
We are looking for a highly organised, competent, IT literate and self motivated Medical Support Secretary to join the team based at Liskeard Community Hospital. In brief, primary areas of this role will include accessing and inputting to a number of NHS patient systems in relation to Outpatient Services delivered on site and these encompass a wide range of directorates. Management and inputting to waiting and follow ups, typing of clinic outcomes to patients, liaising with patients and a range of agencies are part of this medical support role.

**Main duties of the job**:
The hospital administrator team work together to support reception areas within the hospital as needed providing support to Outpatient, Minor Injuries and Main Reception on an infrequent basis and this role whilst back office function based will be required to cover patient facing roles as part of this team.
